Description

This bi-weekly virtual grief support group offers a compassionate space for adults grieving the death of someone important in their lives. Grief can be complex, layered, and deeply personal, and many people find comfort in connecting with others who understand the experience of loss. In this small, supportive group, participants are invited to share at their own pace through guided reflection and conversation. Optional grounding and mindfulness practices will be offered, and there is always respect for silence, emotion, and personal boundaries. This is not a space to “fix” grief or rush the process, but rather a place to be supported while navigating it. 

The group meets virtually every other Thursday from 5:30–7:00 PM MST, April 9th through June 18th. 

The cost is $40 per session and it is open to adults located anywhere in Colorado.
