The 2026 Star Card design was created by local artist Kelly Angelovic. Hailing from Colorado, Kelly Angelovic is a painter whose work is inspired by the natural world and a desire to evoke joy and connection. Kelly’s work has been collected and featured on products sold all over the world. Selected licensing and client collaborations include Penguin Random House, Papyrus, Hallmark, Scholastic, Windham Fabrics, Trader Joe's, and Cost Plus World Market, among others. Kelly lives in Boulder with her husband and their two kids. When she’s not in her studio, she can often be found outside adventuring.

A portion of the Star Chocolate proceeds go towards the ongoing care of the Boulder Star.

Purchased chocolate must be picked up at the Boulder Chamber building, 2440 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO 80302 | Monday through Thursday10am to 4pm.
