  • Personalized Commemorative Package - $500
    • We will bring a professional photographer and you will receive a signed and framed photo of your event. 
    • We will extend a personal invite to all City Council members, County Commissioners and the Mayor.
    • A Boulder Chamber Staff member is guaranteed to attend your event. All ambassadors will be invited.
    • Your Ribbon cutting will be featured on the Boulder Chamber Events Calendar, we will promote the event on our social media and in our newsletter!

Tips for Success

  • Promote the event through your own network using social media, email communications, word-of-mouth or printed materials.
  • Invite neighboring businesses and fellow Chamber Members
  • Submit a press release to local newspapers, radio stations, online event calendars and to the Boulder Chamber Member Information Hub.
  • Incorporate a “fun factor,” such as a drawing or giveaway. This is also a good way to collect voluntary contact information from your guests.
  • Use recommended food, beverage and photography vendors. The Chamber will gladly provide suggestions upon request.
  • Provide vegetarian, gluten-free and non alcoholic menu options for your guests. 
  • Plan and communicate parking availability. 
  • Know the event timeline.
  • Keep your introduction to the crowd concise, engaging and light.
  • Incorporate music into your event, whether that is background music or live music!
